Refrigerated cabinets for the maturing of cheese and salami, made of AISI 304 steel monobloc structuresatinized externally (scotch brite) and bright internally. Insulation with nonconducting expandedpolyurethane 60 mm thickness without usingCFC. Adjustable steel feet. Interior light.
Available with glass door, for the control and the exposition of the product, or AISI 304 stainless steel doorwith steel ergonomic handle and removable magnetic gasket.
Removable monobloc motor unit for the maximum internal capacity. Heating with electric resistance. Automatic defrost by electric resistance. Automatic evaporation of condensation water. Tropical temperature for working (43°C). Refrigerant HFC.
The ventilated maturing system allows a perfect maturing of salami and cheese, thanks to the easeof the control of temperatureand humidity. The electronic controller is easy to be used and it has two preset programs: the first one for the maturing of salami with preservatives, the second one for biological salami. Everycompartment contains n. 2 hook kits for salami maturing cabinet and n. 3 couples of guides with AISI 304 stainless steel GPGN2/1 grids for cheese maturing cabinet.
