The electronic controller is easy to be used and it has two preset programs: the first one for the maturing of salami with preservatives, the second one for biological salami. Everycompartment contains n. 2 hook kits for salami maturing cabinet and n. 3 couples of guides with AISI 304 stainless steel GPGN2/1 grids for cheese maturing cabinet.
