CUTLERY WASHING POLISHING DRYING STERILIZING MACHINE

The main aim of this machine  is to save time and labor in washing and drying cutlery and moreover to grant hygienic security. TECNO washing respects European law HACCP.

The machine can WASH, POLISH, DRY and STERILYZE cutlery.

Structure made of Stainless Steel Aisi 304. Solid door structure with labyrinth closing, micro-switch cycle and stainless steel stay rods.

Auto-cleaning “well” tank. High capacity washing pump and escape pump.

High capacity insulated boiler with re-cycling pump for uniformity temperature in the tank.

Temperature system control in order to grant maximum hygienic values 95°C.

Upper and lower brackets for washing and rinsing made of stainless steel for maximum duration. Crossed water jet to remove all residues on cutlery.

Drying assured by forced ventilation obtained thanks to an high power centrifugal fan in order to eliminate the manual drying of cutlery.

Working system ALRRAS that means Soaking, Washing, Rinsing, Rinsing, Sterilization. Simplified control panel with display for remaining time and light for working cycle. Internal germicidal UV lamp to sterilize cutlery.

Easy access to spare parts for maintenance and assistance. Equipped with peristaltic cleaning and polish batcher. Maximum capacity 1000 units for MR100 and 500 units for MR5 50.

To avoid external contamination, cutlery can be hold in the machine at the end of the cycle thanks to UV lamp sterilization action.

We suggest washing silver cutlery with specific cleanser.
