Removable monobloc motor unit for the maximum internal capacity. Automatic evaporator defrosting with electric resistence.
Automatic evaporation of condensation water with hot gas.
Ventilated refrigeration. The raks and 2 couples of L shaped runners are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The perfect humidity value allows a perfect preservation of pizza dought.
